Enter evidence

You can enter all your monitoring evidence as you are collecting it. This means no wasted time reproducing in different formats. You can enter evidence from:

Teaching observation
Work scrutiny
Learning walk
Drop in
Pupil Discussion
Triangulated monitoring

You can choose to enter via an app on your handheld device or via a PC. As well as entering text, you can attach photos and other documents to support your judgements.


Your evidence library

As you enter evidence, you build your own evidence library. Rather than having paper based files, everything is safely stored on a virtual cloud – meaning you can access information via a secure connection wherever you have an internet connection. You can filter your evidence library by:
The type of evidence collected
Teacher name
Academic year
Term
Name of the evaluator


Review Evidence

This is the place you go to review the evidence for one teacher. This means that you can view the evidence ‘in the round’ and make a best fit judgement. These judgements are entirely yours and not based on any calculation. You have the option to evaluate against the Teachers’ Standards and also record salary progression. At the end of the year, you can record overall strengths and next steps for development.
